It's pretty good actually. Fills the stomach and is healthy. I'm not a health freak by any means. Never looked at calories. I just eat whatever the hell I want.

Just like grits if grits weren't so gritty. Add some salt and it's very good. Maybe next time I'll add some Spanish olive oil. Ill have some more tomorrow morning.
