Yes but if you read the Talmud as what it is (Outside of stereotypes) you would understand why jews break all the rules when they deal with non jews. It's not a command in their religion but they were allowed to do so in certain circumstances like lending money with interest to them but not tl jews and they somehow transferred it to everything else when they became atheist but kept their racial sense of belonging
