before you guys get mad hear me out
saying its not a top 10 show doesnt mean it still isnt a great show
its like how just because an antelope isnt as fast as a cheetah doesnt mean an antelope isnt fast as fuck
or how just because ronaldo isnt as good as messi doesnt change the fact ronaldo is ofc a legend of the game
the main problem with is how its a jack of all trades and a master of none
its narrative threads is far too streamlined and simplisitic compared to other top tier shows and its climactic detail is no where near the best western tv has to offer
Mr Robot, Mad Men, Six Feet Under, Sopranos, Bojack Horseman, The leftovers, Avatar the last airbender, Twin Peaks, Better Call Saul etc... all accomplish far more narratively, thematically and generally speaking take more artistic risks and are far more powerful in their climaxes and conclusion than BrBa is
BrBa is as highly prasied as it is because its usually the first "good" show anyone watches
it manages to please film/tv nerds and critics with being thematically depth and having a substantial narrative and plot and also please normies and mainstream audiences by being fun and exciting to watch
its basically the beautiful dark twisted fantasy of TV
