The question I want to ask if how he got into Romanina without any issue if he has been supposedly staying in the UAE/Dubai. Romanina requires passport-checks for entry unlike a lot of EU countries, so it leaves me with one or two ideas:

1. He is not guilty of anything as he claims and was allowed in with no issue
