Why

Yes there are good rhino surgeons in the UK, but a lot of the highly-regarded surgeons are actually quite shit. Not to mention that doing it privately would not be at an awful price, and doing it on the NHS is like playing russian roulette.

I would not recommend larping to get cosmetic surgeries as an extreme focus on the aesthetic by the surgeon is a MUST.
