My girlfriend just broke up with me how do I get over her before I genuinely wanna kms. I really thought she was the one and I wanted it to be her

It's gonna be hard. I had that a few years ago.

Try to occupy yourself with bunch of activities, going to the gym taking walks, keeping contact with friends, if you have those.

If your appetite is getting a hit, force yourself to eat the lunch or w/e. Will make you more energized. etc.

Depends on the individual, if you cut all contact FROM THE START I'd assume it's much faster.

I didn't do that, and it took me a bit more than a year.

Interact with lots of people , and be honest to yourself and see she's not a special person in your life

Try to think of it positively, now you have more time to focus on important things and bettering yourself, you can save more money for the things you want for yourself and can slay without worrying :feelsgood:

Shit bro took me 9+ months to start talking to a new girl after I lost my Icelandic blue eyed blonde ex even tho she was ltb-mtb I wasn’t with her for looks but rather on how special I felt and the stuff we did together, now I’m with a brown eyed brunette Italian girl, she’s nice and I love her but I think abt my ex time to time, some people were not meant to be is what I like to think, if it did not work then why even bother to try for something destined to fail

took me like a few weeks, those will be the hardest where u wanna throw up, kys etc etc - rn I'd just say accept it, feel your emotions for abit and then after just try to distract yourself with wtv like tv shows, movies , games and basically cut as much of her out of your life as you can. along with the advice above like talking to friends (maybe even tell them but dont overly trauma dump) and the other shit and you'll be fine in about a few months - at the end of the day even though she seemed perfect now, she isnt or it wouldve worked and also you'll find someone better in the future gng prmise its always like this

Even the Italian girl isint my type, but I have this weird sense of romantic aroma when I’m with her, she’s special even tho she’s not a htb or anything, I’m not with her for the looks or genes, she’s really nice and gentle way better than my ex, so eventually you’ll find your autumn (get it, losing a summer will eventually lead you to getting an autumn) it’s from a movie
