1. BONE > FAT > MUSCLE > SKIN > HAIR > STYLE
If you don’t understand this hierarchy, stop reading and start over.- Bone structure = genetic ceiling
- Fat distribution = visibility of bone
- Muscle = sexual dimorphism amplifier
- Skin + hair = signal health & youth
- Style = clothes that enhance ur frame or clothes that attract a specific niche

- Midface ratio (short > long)
- Zygomatic width (cheekbone projection)
- Mandibular width & gonial angle
- Chin projection
- Orbital depth / eye support
