If you don’t want to scare off the new users, just make an X amount of posts exclusive and bar anyone from talking about it.

I’m saying implement a rule that warns users who talk about other people’s time online, but being able to view other people’s time online should be an exclusive to like 2500 posts or 5000 posts, whatever. Gives people incentive to waste more time on the site and allows rotters to identify their own.
