That's crazy. We are in the same exact situation; I just bought a cooler on the TikTok shop and then refunded it, so I got my money back. A way to go about it is to put it in the fridge overnight and then wake up before your parents and take it out while it's cold, and it lasts up to 12 hours. It's a good way to go about it, but it's kind of a hassle. I'm moving in a couple days, though, so it should be good
