Wow, this brings me back to school , I remember the good looking popular kids bullying girls until they cried and told the teacher, but then afterwards being like " Hey .... what are you doing " in that high pitch flirty voice.
They would tell them to stop bullying and would make the victim feel better, but then completely ignore the victim when the bullies began talking, paying no attention to him anymore
