I seriously think the class of women changes their respective attractiveness. Wealthy girls in this country are generally speaking from good stock and therefore *generally speaking* attractive. Most areas are low class and poor so produce fair mediocre/ugly looking women. But believe me you can find beautiful girls.
This is true in literally ANY geography. Women in higher class areas are more attractive.
