He's talking about the underclass moving the average, at least perception wise.

In most xountries the underclass are never seen, Britain due to its history and long time quasi liberal agenda, has a very visible underclass.

They go to malls, clubs, bars, restaurants, and they sure as hell fill up all the shitty tourist towns all over Europe.

Meanwhile asian mothers don't let ugly daughters leave the house, and Americans who don't live on east coast or west coast don't even have a passport and prob don't know NYC is even in USA.
