I would think that the minimal price for a house in london is at least 200k+ pounds.
โIndians are now the largest property owners in London, investing heavily in one- to three-bedroom apartments priced between ยฃ290,000 and ยฃ450,000.โI would think that the minimal price for a house in london is at least 200k+ pounds.

Yes, English people are getting priced out of their own capital city.I would think that the minimal price for a house in london is at least 200k+ pounds.
No. London is an alpha++ city. In other words it is the New York of Europe. All the money in Europe has to flow through London Stock Exchange (LSE).The UK also historically had lower corporate taxes and more business-friendly regulations so it has always attracted a ton of wealthy foreign investors. London has always been extremely rich. This has always been the case even during victorian times London was full of wealthy foreign oligarchs and aristocrats. @heightmaxxingBritain has been run like a multinational corporation, not a country.

I donโt deny any of this but the demographic situation in the capital is catastrophic. This is only in London

Yea. The wealthy investors buy up all the prime property in London artificially raising the housing prices and the social housing usually goes to immigrants because the priority in social housing is based on need rather than nationality. Most of thr low class workers that come to thr UK are refugees or low-income workers who qualify for social housing because they meet the criteria such as having dependents etcI donโt deny any of this but the demographic situation in the capital is catastrophic.
Majority of people using social housing in London arenโt even born in the country.
A complete dereliction of duty by successive British governments.
I just find the whole thing sad. Itโs not even by design. British leadership is chronically inept.Yea.
