To me in the 2nd pic it looks like he has multiple crooked teeth just from the ones visible and a mild crowding issue. I'm not saying it talking about how optimal it is, I'm jealous. I don't want to spend over a year in braces waiting for surgery. I want surgery first, braces after but didn't think I qualified.
