Today I was wating to get my ADHD medication prescription and this real fatty sits by and I just from the walk from his car to the chair he was breathing like someone who ran a marathon

Literally every fatty breaths like this 24/7 I think cause the 10 minutes I was there he was breathing like that

And arguing with his wife too, to the point I was expecting a heart attack any second

Literally not worth it at all being a fatty like that is killing u
