I drink alot of water actually maybe to much i just turned 15 so not living aloneDo you live alone, if you do then just stop buying food that you can binge eat.
If you live with parents, then don't go into the kitchen, and drink water when hungry.

U need to restrict urself and exert ur high t my g
Eat something healthy like rice with eggs
Or eat a bowl of cereal with sugar (sugar makes u feel for longer) and drink a whole bunch of water
Also working out uses alot of fuel which warrants that u might spiral and eat a lot
So do it carefully and work out before u eat or smth

but i only did it for like 2 months, and contrary to popular belief, ur lipid levels can actually change very quickly, so i went back to healthy
cholesterol levels about 2 weeks after quitting the diet.
