bro I just crashed the site again

inwent to go post a thread and then accidentally left the site at the same time I clicked to post a thread (I think) and then I went back and it said an error occurred and I refreshed and the site was down.

The first time it happened was when I tried resetting my avi banner and spam refreshed the site trying to upload my banner and the thing crashed again.
