Tbh I feel like fasting make me feel better especially when I eat alot a food before sleeping it make me extremely energetic the next morning I even feel less tired

bro just eat one time a day for example at lunch or idk but have a specific hour where u eat and just do 24h fast so you eat at the same hour the next day and so on thats what ive been doing and i have no problem bro
