the growth is extremely slow i been doing bicep regularly and notice it remains sore which is a good sign its growing what should i follow for other body parts
I feel like leg day once a week is fine same with back
But for othee muscles require 2 days a week like chest and shoulders and triceps and biceps 3 days a week
 
Not really. The more sets you do the less intense they will be. I try everything once per week and with "low" volume 8-10 sets, but to real failure.

chest and shoulders, back and posterior delt, arms, legs, rest, repeat, it's not that hard
