I strongly am for having an account to even access .org and then u need to earn your way up. Sections like "ratings" or "surgery" stay blocked until the account reaches 1000 posts or 1000 reputation or something else. I think this is not acceptable.

ratings should never be blocked because thats the starting point aswell as looksmaxx questions, botb and looksmaxx also offtopic has no reason to be blocked since its offtopic anyway
