for the past few weeks my anxiety has been rising from the mildest shit i cant fucking take it. when i wake up and when even i go outside I CANT FUCKING TAKE MY MIND OFF

before accutane it ws js mild
now it keeps rising everyday fuck idk but i didnt do anything else aside from accutane even caffeine didnt do this
fuck im stopping i cant take it and bought sum anti anxiety drugs to cope
