I started eating broccoli daily 160g 3 weeks ago.
I used to take a dump once every 2 days or so. I was always Kind of bloated, although I thought it was just fat.

Now I go to the bathroom to take a shit once daily, and I look way leaner tbh.
Weight hasn't changed, and it doesn't seem to have affected face too much until now.

Need to slim down those cheeks to get hollow cheeks tbh
