Any weight loss, and more importantly muscle loss?
lost 35lb , people here say its water weight but my veins were never visible pre zero carb now they are somewhat visible. No muscle loss was observed.

You will just lose water weight on no carb not actual weight, calorie deficit is how u get lean.
