Broke my elbow today ffs

fell of my bike pretty hard this morning, my knees were bleeding as fuck but I also lended on my right hand and fell on my elbow, X-ray results came and I broke it, 35 days without cardio rip me

btw rabid wont see this hes getting circumcised today . lets all pray for him

Allahu Akbar. One More muslim in this world . Rabid Rosaries is a muslim now and will take a break from the forum

Rabid converted to islam upon my request . I also advised him to take few weeks off from the forum to get circumcised and read the holy quran . he made the shahadah in a zoom meeting yesterday . He embraced islam and accepted it with 2 hands. Lets all pray that his circumcision goes well now
