Broke my jaw in car accident

beginning of may I broke my jaw. I don’t look the same and never will. Face is asymmetrical now, definitely shortened the left side of my face. Right side of the pic. Pushed in my cheekbone. My chin is also lopsided because; I have a titanium plate now, and bone tends to heal outwards. What do?
