Broke romanian, how do i get hold of HGH cheap without my parents batting an eye?

Excuse me for my idiocy;

I am a total beginner with almost NO knowledge of pinning/sourcing or anything related to this. (I can't read threads for shit)
I'm 170cm tall (5'7) at 15 and a half and I have no idea how much actually I will grow.
I haven't done any hospital checkups either so I can see the status of my growth plates; my parents are not supportive of peps/HGH etc.
I don't have money, I barely got like 2000 RON saved up (about 400€) BUT the money is in my dad's bank account, so I can't just make it disappear...
My dad is 178cm, mom is 158cm
IndiaMART seems like a good option to me, however I am quite skeptical of: 1) the reliability of the vendors there;
2) if the products are actually legit
3) if it eventually happens, there's a chance that gets seized by customs (they don't play around here from what I know)
Maybe I'll try to talk to my parents about this, dad shows signs of understanding the situation about my height; mom still has the AUDACITY to tell me it doesn't matter.
Once again, please ignore my lack of knowledge about this topic, please help
