Broken capillary??

I’ve been bonesmashing for about 4 days now but I noticed it was just red and I never felt any swelling so I got a funko pop around 7am and hit myself with it not too hard imo I immediately got this red vein looking thing but I figured it was normal it’s now 8pm and it’s still there I want to know if its a broken blood vessel/capillary

The big red circle shape I can’t get a clearer pic but up close it has a vein like shape almost like a v the rest below is acne but I’m currently on accutane so idc much for it rn
