I'm starting to take MK again after a few months, and currently, I've managed to decrease my gyno to mild to almost insignificant levels by drinking olive oil and vit E supplements. However, when I start taking MK again it's probably gonna come back. So, in what dosages I should take bromo?

I already have high prolactin levels (20.3 ng/ml), and I need MK for extra bone development and hair growth. I don't think bromo would decrease the extra igf-1 supplied by MK, even though it's a dopamine agonist. Why do you think it would?

IGF 1 is raised by enough milk. You dont need mk for it bromocriptie works by directly shutting off hgh from the pituitary and excess HGH is indicated in diabetes, cancer and a variety of diseases/disorders. Youll be better off drinking milk and taking thyroid for height/bone growth and bromo for its prolactin lowering effeccts

Is there a study about the effects of milk on the igf levels? Couldn't find any.
