you understand that gonial is what determines your jaw angularity from front right? its not just about side

and lower is objectively ideal

This will ascend my eye area HARD. the saddle absoloutely saves eye droop. I've seen before afters

You first fix your WORST failos, if possible, then you move to less severe failos. Your cheekbones are the LEAST of your failos. In fact, they just lack mass. Your infraorbital rim in the CT is GOOD. You could just use fillers for them.

BUt this will just give you ONLY A FRACTION fo improveemnt that a necklift could give you lol.

Well anyways, do as you like. I just gave you my opinion.

I'm not doing it for cheekbones bro, I'm doing it for the saddle. Have you seen my eye area? That IS my biggest failo, second only to my neck. This is the first draft of the implant, the cheekbone projection is being more reduced as I don't see that as an issue. The point of this implant is making the orbits more square. See pic attached. Also attached pic encase you forgot how brutal my eye failo is.

This will correct my NCT and eye droop, no need for cantho, or any of those cope bandaid fixes. The cause of droopy eyelids is orbit shape.

Neck lift is next bhaiiii

No, they are private to the surgeon I am seeing. I doubt he wants them out there otherwise he would have published them himself.

Also I don't think the patients want them to be public

For leanmaxxing just a calorie deficit bro, its all you can do. I was once 240 lbs down to 185 lbs so I know what to do.

Plan is to eat around 1400 calories for 3 months, that should result in around 20lbs lost/

He took a bad photo, his maxilla probably looks better in a real photo. Maxillas look flat asf when you just hold arm out and take photo due to lens distortion.

You'll likely experience huge results if you start lifting but only if you are consistent at it.
