I'm not doing it for cheekbones bro, I'm doing it for the saddle. Have you seen my eye area? That IS my biggest failo, second only to my neck. This is the first draft of the implant, the cheekbone projection is being more reduced as I don't see that as an issue. The point of this implant is making the orbits more square. See pic attached. Also attached pic encase you forgot how brutal my eye failo is.

This will correct my NCT and eye droop, no need for cantho, or any of those cope bandaid fixes. The cause of droopy eyelids is orbit shape.

For leanmaxxing just a calorie deficit bro, its all you can do. I was once 240 lbs down to 185 lbs so I know what to do.

Plan is to eat around 1400 calories for 3 months, that should result in around 20lbs lost/
