Eat 3 mixxed eggs + 400ml of milk zero fat + chocolate powdee

Go to.work in Manual labor

Get home 11:30

Eat 1 of those pieces of chicken with that crispy skin in the air fryer + smashed potatoes (just a litle)

Get back to work

Get home 17:30

20:00 go to the gym do a full body workout or muay thai class

Eat my protein shake

500ml milk zero fat + whey protein + 2 bananas + 1orange
