Skin quality(collagen)(Idk? )
Hair quality slight thinning I think because of stress( maybe go on prevention or fin
maxilla seems to dropped Vertically down my theeth seem longer at front I don’t know what caused this and my palate got narrower I had rapid expander 2 years before(jaw surgery) today I will visit my orthodontist, literally vertical seems to increase and nose looks bigger I think it’s recession
Lost muscle mass gained fat(Gym will fix that and diet)
are those fixable ?
or should I just rope
