What dose?
Dosage: 12.5mg DAILY. havent skipped a day.

Symptoms / side effects:
Joint pain (im also on accutane)
Slightly reduced gyno ( i never had much in first place )
Ejaculating in my sleep (due to high test)

the pills r oral. theyre prob same effectiveness. first thing my doc asked me was "are you on any hormones" haha so ig its effective

Probs not such a tiny increase. Would massively increase your risk of muscle injury though along with reducing collagen synthesis so increasing tendon and ligament injury. Theirs a reason bodybuilders don't lift heavy pre contest.

Okay now measure ur LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol. Also get back in a couple of months when ur depressed anxious and unmotivated because Estrogen helps regulate serotonin, dopamine and acetylcholine. Also understand that estrogen has anti inflammatory effects that protect neurons and you are massively increasing your risk of alzheimers and dementia by blocking it long term (which you can get in your late 30s btw, was next to a woman in emergency department when she got diagnosed with it at only 38).

I wouldn't I get dms asking about height increase protocols. I think you are playing russian roulette with the sides since we have a lack of long term data on doing these types of protocols. Its not comparable to for example taking steroids which we have data going on back over 60 years.

Its your choice just understand you might have some really negative long term effects. Personally unless I was a midget (5ft5 or smth) I wouldnt see the point. Even then tbh IK a 5ft5 guy irl who still does well with women and thats competing against grown men for adult women not competing against teenagers (who are generally all small built even if tall).

I was 5ft8 and 66kgs at 16 (got measured in physics class). Now 5ft11 and 96kgs. Was 105kgs when taking roids in higher doses and not trt. U still grow in height a bit and allot in frame. Also as you get older you just naturally get more secure.

fair, Im running trt(200mg) and 12.5 mg aromasin E3.5D, I recommend massively reducing the dosages because aromasin isnt supposed to be run liek this, Should've gotten armidex
