brow lowering

is there any ways to lower brows without surgery

without brow lift or botex

and will puberty change it

also my brows are slightly tilted inferts and dioganal idk how to explain
like the inner part near my eye is lifted upworss like abt 15 degrees

attaching a pic would help.

But without surgery all you can do is manipulate the perception of eyebrow setness with messing around with grooming and using oral and or topical minoxidil.

for example trimming eyebrows where they arch and applying minox under eyebrows to grow hairs - making them appear lower.
