Brow Ptosis- A possible way to get hooded eyes?

I see a lot about getting rid of brow ptosis for old people. It seems that some hooding comes from brow ptosis. What causes brow ptosis and can it be artificially induced a little bit for optimal hooding?

to be honest i wouldn't bother getting procedures for hooding unless your eye area is good to begin with
