Brow ridge recession

My Supraorbital was actually my strongest feature a year ago but now it revessed and kinda looks like that of an african's ( not racist ) they just have changed so much and my forehead went from Sloped chad forehead to like recessed, worse than chico one. Shouldnt Brow ridge actually have improved during adolescence? cuz before is from when i was 16 and now im 17.
One major event that happened was that i had a Heart surgery and have to be on Warfarin ever after. does Warfarin affect fat storages? or What could have caused this?

I mentioned it because I had to take diuretics and warfarin after it. I dont think there is any direct correlation between those two
