depends on the goal, taking low dose cant do any harm for the anti aging, fat loss and muscle recovery.

but if the goal is to grow taller or remodel your bones then taking exogenous GH can help a lot (since plates are still opened and your igf-1 receptors are still sensitive). After birth GH levels are at the highest, so is growth velocity, those 2 are directly correlated but it decreases with age.
