Most can't, and even if they can, they should only do so if they're a chad to compensate for the uncanny pheno that gets created in the process. Otherwise you get ugly guys with alien phenos like me who can't pass their genetics even if they wanted to, not that I support this and won't have kids even if the chance presents itself (which it likely won't)
