Brown Hair dye ?

I wanted to ask what is the best color to have a striking look when having brown hair ? I heard black & blue eyelash dye is good but if i do jet black eyebrows and black and blue eyelashes would that look odd?

Just go with black if you dyed it brown than it will look ginger in the sun
