Brown skinny asian

I was always brown, unlike most of the native population and was bullied for this for yearrrrs. My height and bone structure gave me false hopes to feel worthy of anything(6ft and skinny) and friends would say shit like do modeling. But I know all of them are lying and its over if u brown in this region, noone told me. Family history have vitiligo.
Any cheap ways to bleach my skin without causing vitiligo?
And safe roids to gain?
