brown spots on around the eye center

I used to have full clear bluish green eyes but now i looking to mirror and i can see brown spots around the eye center, how can i get rid of this or i can't ? currently using msm, nac and vit c my eyes appear slightly lighter compared to before but still i have brown spots.

I have a similar thing, maybe it's due to your diet?

hahaha hell no, when pupil normal size i cant see them but when light hits and pupil got smaller they appear so not that much

they are eye freckles.
