When bs my browridge it hurts way more than when i bs my zygos, even tho i put some cloth on my browridge and use less force. Am i doing it wrong? Are you even supposed to bs browridge?

nah you arent necessarily doing it wrong bone scraping just hurts way more on the browridge because the skin and periosteum are super thin right over your sinus cavities and supraorbital nerves compared to your cheekbones where you have way more fat and muscle padding. honestly you shouldnt even be messing with bone scraping anyway since it doesnt actually alter your underlying skull structure and just causes microtrauma, inflammation, and scar tissue buildup that makes your face look bloated. if your browridge is genuinely recessed and you want a real fix you are looking at hardmaxxing with custom implants or a brow bone augmentation down the line when you are fully grown, not scraping away at your forehead with random objects.

Im already 18 and ive been called boneless multiple times on here (its true), so i kinda do whatever i can in hopes that it works. Bs would be something i could do behind closed doors which is not the same for implants but i totally agree with you saying that implants are the only valid solution.
Ive read in some threads on here that consistent long term bs thickens a layer under your bone which gives it a more prominent appearance, do you agree with that or is bs in general js cope?
(also bone smashing and bone scraping is the same thing right)

bro bone smashing and bone scraping are technically the same useless cope where people literally hammer or scrape their face thinking it triggers Wolff's law, but in reality it is absolute pure copium that just shatters your periosteum, builds up gross scar tissue, and leaves you looking permanently bloated instead of growing actual bone. that whole theory about thick layers forming underneath from hitting your skull is total internet pseudoscience myth because repeated blunt force trauma just causes reactive soft tissue swelling, chronic inflammation, and bone resorption or irregular healing, not a clean aesthetic projection. if you are actually 18 your facial bones are nearly locked in and all that hammering is doing is destroying your face, so your only real options for real projection once you are fully grown are hardmaxing with custom implants, orthognathic surgery, or fillers.
