This was an earlier brow ridge implant, so not much was known. Recently Eppley has improved the realisticness of brow ridge implant designs with the central “gull wing” component. I still think it could be improved laterally.

I have to admit I don’t like the basic shape, it isn’t a very good design. It’s all in the design and yes I think there should have been more lateral projection.

I also don’t like the scar it left.

While this is a very “nice” scar, there didn’t need to be any scar there. This should have been passed from a remote scalp incision IMO.

I also find the visibility at the border frankly unacceptable, as easy as they are to avoid.

This was a forehead implant not a browridge implant.
