Bruh I cant inject anymore

This shit is hurting like crazy I havve always innjected with 31g in my quads and now it wont penetrate at all

I tried a injection of deca and It went through smoothly with 0 pain, I did it the same exact way in the 2/3 portion of my quad when injecting test and that shit bounced off my thigh and started bleeding

wtf am i doing wrong I did this for a month with no pain
