how do i bs without causing bruises bc they are noticeable and even after i use lubricant and only use knuckles there still is bruises in each side, however the actual swelling from bs is genuinely wonderful

lowk no normally i just go skin to skin or like the massage gun ball straight to skin cloth sounds smart will try

after enough time you wont really bruise that much anymore, just use concealer for the meantime

hard to say idk how hard u hit, when i bonesmashed like 2 years ago my swelling would stay for a couple days, obviously the swelling was less then it was right after bonesmashing but you will still have swelling the day after yeah

the bruising thing is also just a inhib thing, nobody really gaf about my bruises except my parents people will look at you one second and then go about there day, thien is walking around perma bruised lmao
