Bruising, scars and lower back pain

Im 16, my lower back has been bruised and has had these scars/stretch mark looking things on it for the last few years. Does anyone know a possible cause? I am also experiencing back pain from who knows where. My posture is pretty terrible i will admit that but tbh im just looking for answers

It’s definitely your posture , are you tall if you are that would make it worse in addition to rapid growth
