Brushing eyebrows

What is the best way to brush eyebrows? Up, down, or neutral? Or does it depend on eyebrow shape. I have pretty thick eyebrows if that makes a difference.

This is how I do them. I used to do it up but it doesn't look natural tbh, though I think it depends on eyebrow shape / thickness
