Brushing hair , good or bad? Thoughts?

Assuming you dont brush it harsh to the point it damages your hair/scalp

Wide tooth comb or a narrow tooth comb?

I have slightly wavy hair mixed with a little bit of straight hair, im not talkking about aesthetics, but health

Any ups and downs?

I like narrow tooth comb. It can't break hair unless you're harsh

If i brush like 15 times from cowlick to forehead (not pull) strands of hair are falling (1 by 1, not in groups) so idk if its balding, i have thick density hair btw. But i like the feeling of brushing with a narrow tooth comb

it's normal, I get hairs when I brush too and no sign of balding or balding in family
