Most twinks age okay unless they bald or actually severely stop taking care of themselves

Yes, he hasn't aged as well as other people in his profession but he's clearly significantly above average for a guy in his 30s.

Some don't have sufficient bone structure for good age-proofing, others do and can transition to more a masculine look in their 30s +

Still to date I haven't seen a bigger agepill killer posted on .org. He can literally pass for a college kid or late teenager.

Edit- He also had hair grafts for a nw0 hairline, and some kind of copper peptide shampoo to make his hair follicles thicker. And latisse on eyelashes plus minox on brows

The skin, I have no info what he did to make it utterly flawless. Likely several years of tretinoin from the looks of it.

not having good bones doesnt mean ur face is going to definitley sag especially if u maintain low bf%, there are so much ways through skincare, laser, peels etc. too.

I agree, it's a combination of things but good maxillary projection provides more support to sagging and declining tissue quality.
It helps a lot. Soft tissue genetics is also very important as well, granted.

Good skincare if fine but most people age badly due to underlying genetic problems.
