Why would someone let it get that bad?

And why not use finasteride? Wouldn't that be enough to prevent this? Dutasteride seems like overkill.

It's more effective and the side effect incidence is low. Blackpilled countries like South Korea prescribe it more often than finasteride now. I switched from fin to dut after 4 years because I think I am losing at the crown again.
